PROGRESS PAVING LTD. was established in 1956 and has been serving customers throughout the metro Toronto area for more than 45 years.

President/owner Angelo Mastroianni, a veteran of the construction industry. At first, his jobs were in the area of pavement repair. But the company grew quickly, it wasn't long until the company's project list began to expand rapidly.

Within just a few years PROGRESS PAVING was taking on large commercial paving projects, further enhancing its reputation for quality work delivered on time.
